Jennifer Hale has more than 25 years of experience working with leaders, managers and teams in some of the world’s most recognized companies. Founded in 1998, Jennifer’s firm, The Hale Group (previously known as Organizational Impact, Inc.), is a leadership and talent development consultancy that helps leaders at all levels to successfully engage and empower themselves and their teams to maximize performance and drive grassroots culture change in support of business strategy. Through executive coaching, facilitated sessions and strategic planning efforts and initiatives, she helps organizations, teams and individuals to grow, succeed and thrive. Recent clients in Atlanta, Georgia include The Coca-Cola Company, AT&T, Assurant, Ingersoll Rand and Cox Communications.
Jennifer is also a partner at Laughing Guru Learning, a company that offers highly interactive, practical and targeted learning experiences and programs on topics that target the competencies and skills related to effective management, leadership and business performance.
Prior to reigniting her consulting and executive coaching practice in early 2017, Jennifer was the Senior Vice President of People & Culture at Assurant Specialty Property. In this role, Jennifer drove transformative change in the business by developing the strategy, infrastructure and tools to foster a culture of engagement, learning and performance for an organization of 10,000 employees. Leading the Talent Management, Learning & Development, Change Management & Employee Engagement functions, Jennifer’s team helped develop and ready leaders and employees at all levels for the right job at the right time and enabled them to succeed and thrive in their roles.
Jennifer began her career with Arthur Andersen, where she consulted with mid-size and Fortune 500 client organizations undergoing significant change. Following her tenure with Arthur Andersen, she joined ING Financial Services International as the Director of Management Development, where she was responsible for the design, development and deployment of all regional and global management and organization development initiatives. Jennifer holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communication Studies & English Literature. She is a certified facilitator in over 15 renowned leadership programs and a certified leadership coach. She continues to deliver speaking engagements on culture transformation and leadership development internationally.
Jennifer sits on the Board of Directors of the Diversity Certification Institute and is a Trustee at Mount Vernon Presbyterian School. She is also a Second Century Circle member of Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta and a “Camp CEO” participant.
